Air Canada Flight Training has been in the business of training and qualifying commercial airline flight crews since 1936.

With close to 75 years of proven experience and expertise, we have perfected the art of training flight crews to the highest standard in commercial aviation, and managing equipment and facilities to their full potential.

Pilots wanted

We are currently accepting applications from professional pilots wishing to join the Air Canada team. All interested candidates must hold a Canadian airline transport pilot licence, as well as a current Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine endorsement. Candidates must also be Canadian citizens or hold landed immigrant status.

Air Canada's new state-of-the-art training facilities in Toronto and Vancouver are adjoined to CAE, the world's leading manufacturer of flight simulation devices. As a result, we are able to offer the highest-quality flight training available in a smooth and seamless operation, as we successfully pursue our commitment to safety and superior customer service.

Our highly-qualified maintenance professionals ensure an efficient and dependable operation by providing technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the following Air Canada flight training devices:

• 11 Full Flight Simulators (SIMs)
• 7 Flight Training Devices (FTDs)
• 5 Integrated Procedures Trainers (IPTs)
